In this initial consultation — credited toward the full program if you move forward — we work through the AI Opportunity Mapper together, live: starting from your actual business goals, not a list of AI tools.

• We identify your business goals, and the repetitive tasks that they require.
• Each task gets scored on complexity, time spent, and ROI/value.
• The output is a ranked, whole-business opportunity report.
• The tool for the top-ranked opportunity is chosen and locked in at this stage.

Midpoint check-in

A confirmation meeting, not a second decision point. We confirm the opportunity from the Map report is still the right one to build, and scope what the closing training package needs to cover.

Build — implementation

Weeks three and four are spent hands-on, building the one confirmed opportunity. This stage is deliberately narrow: rather than a shallow pass across your whole business, it's a real, working implementation of the single highest-value opportunity identified in Stage 1. The custom training modules for Stage 4 are also built during this window, drawn directly from your Stage 1 diagnosis report.

Teach — close-out enablement package

The program ends with training custom-built to keep YOU moving forward:

• A core AI curriculum covering prompting, evaluating AI output, and the general tool landscape — useful regardless of which opportunity we built.
• One to two custom modules, built directly from your Stage 1 diagnosis report, covering the next-highest opportunities we identified but didn't implement — so you have a real starting point for tackling them yourself.
